Winter Gardens. Very often winter is seen as the end of garden enjoyment. Those who ever put a birdfeeder out in the garden know that it is jus another chapter in this enjoyment. It is true we seldom wonder around the garden in January or February here in Toronto but well design one will bring joy even in days when temperature drops lower than our lowest expectations. Ornamental grasses, uncut perennials, planters, statues or just evergreens can change white Canadian desert into a picturesque landscape just behind our windows. Good book a cup of coffee might be just needed to feel soft and cozy… I am looking forward to hearing your comments and suggestions. Victor Lewicki |
