we have extended Gardens section. You will be able to see
more gardens we have designed and built, check different
elements of each garden or stroll through the seasons in
these gardens. New and improved plant search methods will
help you find the perfect perennials for those demanding
spots in your garden. To make it even better we have added
new pages where you can find lists of plants for butterfly or
shade gardens select the right ornamental grasses or
groundcovers for a specific site or verify plants that you want
to steer clear off because of their toxicity. If you are trying to
reduce water usage there is a list for you as well just open
Xeriscape Plants page. Be sure to check our new How To
section where good gardening advice is abundant. Since the
weather has a profound impact on gardener's life you can

At Green Stroke we are proud to be one of the few who
design gardens with you and plants in mind. Short gardening
season in Toronto can be easily extended by incorporating
flowering bulbs and perennials into our gardens. Six extra
weeks of bloom in early spring and even more in late fall is
almost a given if proper plants are selected. If you like to
garden, if you adore perennials, ornamental grasses and
